Trump Touts Agenda’s Success ‘Despite Witch Hunt’ and Poll Numbers Higher Than Obama’s in Early A.M. Tweets
 “That’s Higher Than O’s #’s!â€
As Navy officials work to notify families in the United States that the bodies of missing sailors have been recovered from the USS Fitzgerald, Donald Trump took to Twitter early Sunday to boast about his agenda’s success “despite the distraction of the Witch Hunt†and of his right-leaning poll numbers.
“The MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN agenda is doing very well despite the distraction of the Witch Hunt,†Trump wrote of Robert Mueller’s criminal investigation of the president, not the first time he’d awoken early with Mueller on his mind.
“Many new jobs, high business enthusiasm,… [sic],†Trump continued, “…massive regulation cuts, 36 new legislative bills, great new S.C.Justice, [sic] and Infrastructure, Healthcare and Tax Cuts in the works!â€
Trump then turned to the Rasmussen poll, touting that it was “one of the most accurate in the 2016 Election, just out with a Trump 50% Approval Rating.†He then declared the results of the right-leaning poll were “higher than O’s #’s!â€
