WATCH: Talk of Impeachment By Key Lawmakers Begins

Will Republicans Make the Right Choice?

After news broke Tuesday that President Donald Trump asked FBI Director Jim Comey to drop the investigation into Mike Flynn, some key lawmakers have began talking about impeachment.

CBS This Morning explains:

David Gergen was a senior advisor to four presidents: Reagan, Ford, Nixon and Clinton: 

GOP Senator John McCain: John McCain: “I think it’s reaching a point where it’s of Watergate size and scale.”

Independent Senator Angus King: “Reluctantly, Wolf, I have to say yes simply because obstruction of justice is such a serious offense, and I say it with sadness and reluctance.”

Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro: “If it in fact is true, then yes, that is an impeachable offense”
