Trump Praises ‘Amazing Reporting’ by ‘Fox & Friends’ in Attempt to Save Him From Wiretapping Lie
‘The Crooked Scheme Against Us’
An increasingly desperate President Donald Trump early Monday Morning praised the “amazing reporting” of “Fox & Friends” minutes after the Fox News morning show ran a report attacking the mainstream media for reporting on Russia but not repeating a Fox News claim a high-up Obama official was responsible for the “unmasking” of Trump team individuals.Â
Such amazing reporting on unmasking and the crooked scheme against us by @foxandfriends. “Spied on before nomination.” The real story.

Co-host Steve Doocy, ignoring the unanimous conclusion of all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies that Russia interfered in the 2016 election with the intent to help Donald Trump and to harm Hillary Clinton, and ignoring the statement of FBI Director James Comey that the Bureau is investigating ties between Russia and Trump team officials, told viewers there is “no evidence of the connection between Russia and Trump.”

That also ignores any possible connections between Russia and Trump associates Jared Kushner, Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, Rex Tillerson, Carter Page, Boris Ephsteyn, among others.
President Trump is looking for anything to vindicate him from his March 4 lie that “Obama had my ‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory,” “How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”Â
“Fox & Friends” Monday called their story “bombshell” reporting.

On Twitter, Trump was once again mocked:
Steve Doocy is the nation’s greatest reporter. https://t.co/9JUo14hGTG

Trump could get his info from Intel reports.
Instead, he chooses Fox and Friends. https://t.co/k4EkePGW8m

@realDonaldTrump @foxandfriends It’s frightening and disgusting that our President does not think that Russia’s attempts to undermine our democracy is not important.

@realDonaldTrump @foxandfriends You are the President of the United States. Stop watching @FoxandFriends. You are supposed to be running the country

@realDonaldTrump @foxandfriends so instead of going to intelligience briefings you’re watching Fox News cover a story you fucking made up?!?!?!?
