‘We Are Looking Into All Possible Causes Including Criminal and Terrorism,’ Putin Says

Ten people are dead and about 50 others are injured after an explosive device went off in Russia’s St. Petersburg train station. According to the Russian news agency Interfax, a bomb was found, unexploded, at a second train station, Ploshchad Vosstaniya, via BNO News.

“The explosion took place on a subway car as the train was in a tunnel between the Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institute stations,” CNN reports.

“We are looking into all possible causes including criminal and terrorism,” Russian President Vladimir Putin on-air said, promising a full investigation.
