146 Days After Election Trump Ignores Impending Vote on His SCOTUS Nominee to Tweet Attacks on Hillary Clinton
‘Did Hillary Clinton Ever Apologize for Receiving the Answers to the Debate? Just Asking!’
Monday is an extremely important day for President Donald Trump and his legacy. The Senate Judiciary Committee will be voting on the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch. Democrats are threatening to filibuster the full Senate vote later this week. Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell needs eight Democrats to support Gorsuch or he will, he says be “forced” to use the nuclear option and change Senate rules to ram Trump’s pick through to confirmation.
Trump also reportedly has sent his senior advisor, his son-in-law Jared Kushner, to Iraq. And the President has State meetings this week with leaders of China, Egypt, and Jordan.
So naturally Trump spent Monday morning watching “Fox & Friends” and tweeting attacks on Hillary Clinton and her now-former campaign chairman John Podesta. He also tweeted praise for the Fox News morning show’s “amazing reporting” on intelligence unmasking.
Did Hillary Clinton ever apologize for receiving the answers to the debate? Just asking!

Was the brother of John Podesta paid big money to get the sanctions on Russia lifted? Did Hillary know?

Is the President even aware of what it means to the longterm future of our nation if McConnell goes nuclear? Does he grasp the magnitude of what it means to nominate and place a justice on the Supreme Court? Has he done any of the very necessary preparation to meet with the leaders of three foreign governments?Â
Trump’s tweet came minutes after “Fox & Friends” aired a story showing former Trump surrogate and close campaign adviser Newt Gingrich actually saying, “all of the real evidence of real money and real influence-buying by the Russians relates to Democrats.”
That, of coure, is false.
Over the weekend, Trump visited his golf course just outside of Washington, D.C. It was his 14th visit to a Trump course since becoming president 11 weekends ago.
On Twitter, many responded to his inanity:
Rest easy, America. The commander-in-chief has his eye on the ball! https://t.co/Cf6UDGFS4T

It’s kind of spectacular that you can’t tell the difference between “questions” and “answers” even in your own bullshit, Humpty-Dumpty. https://t.co/fRJJwmS9fF
