Attack on One-Year Anniversary of Brussels Attack

Scotland Yard is treating an attack outside the London Parliament as a terrorist incident. Details are slim but at around 10:30 AM EDT the attack took place. One police officer was stabbed and a suspect shot by London Metropolitan Police. The British House of Commons has been locked down.

Fox News reports a second person has died.
