Frightened Trump Goes on Late Night Tweetstorm Repeating Campaign Lies That Got Him 4 Pinocchios

‘Why Isn’t the House Intelligence Committee Looking Into the Bill & Hillary Deal That Allowed Big Uranium to Go to Russia’ Trump Asks

A frightened President Donald Trump went on a late Monday night Twitter fest telling lies that got him a four-Pinocchio rating from the Washington Post.

Clearly concerned that the attention House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes brought to the Trump White House, several stunning press conferences last week designed to give Trump cover for his lies claiming a felonious President Barack Obama wiretapped him, are about to blow up in his face, Trump sought to motivate his supporters to demand the Intelligence Committee redirect its focus – something they cannot do.

“Why isn’t the House Intelligence Committee looking into the Bill & Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia, Russian speech,” Trump tweeted, “money to Bill, the Hillary Russian ‘reset,’ praise of Russia by Hillary, or Podesta Russian Company. Trump Russia story is a hoax. !”

That “Bill & Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia” is a lie.

The Washington Post in an October 26, 2016 article totally debunked that claim when Trump made it last year. The fact-checking is lengthy, so suffice it to say the Post concluded, “Hillary Clinton’s State Department was one of nine agencies that approved the deal.”

It also noted, “There is no evidence Clinton herself got involved in the deal personally, and it is highly questionable that this deal even rose to the level of the secretary of state.”

As for Bill Clinton’s speaking fees, the Post cites The Wall Street Journal, and reported “that a review of Bill Clinton’s speeches ‘found no evidence that speaking fees were paid to the former president in exchange for any action by Mrs. Clinton.'”

Trump Monday night also tweeted, “The Republican House Freedom Caucus was able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. After so many bad years they were ready for a win!”

And finally, he tweeted, “The Democrats will make a deal with me on healthcare as soon as ObamaCare folds – not long. Do not worry, we are in very good shape!”

All reliable sources, including the CBO, state ObamaCare isn’t going anywhere – unless Republicans attempt to sabotage it further.
