LOOK: Trump Supporting NY Tabloid Mocks President Over ‘Ultimatum as Health Bill Crashes’

‘#Rigged’

Even the right-wing New York Post today is mocking President Donald Trump over his “ultimatum” to House Republicans to pass TrumpCare on Friday – or don’t bother ever voting for it again. And the Post, to add insult to injury, is using an embarrassing photo taken Thursday and widely shared on social media, to do so.

Trump dispatched his henchmen – Steve Bannon, Reince Priebus, and Kellyanne Conway – to Capitol Hill late Thursday afternoon to meet with Republicans and deliver his message: “Now or never.” The “Art of the Deal” author who was elected for his supposed business acumen and negotiating skills hasn’t performed well in his first legislative challenge.

The Post’s cover reads “Don Ultimatum as Health Bill Crashes” is true. Despite many last-minute changes to the bill to repeal and “replace” ObamaCare, no Democrat will vote for it, and at last count at least 30-40 Republicans won’t either. If 22 say “nay,” the bill dies.

The “My Way or the Highway” title comes after Trump spent time with a group of trucking executives Thursday afternoon and made the mistake of being photographed in the cab of a truck.
