“Our So-Called President”: Twitter Explodes After Trump Attacks “So-Called Judge” Who Halted Travel Ban

“He’s already tried to undermine confidence in the voting process, now on to the judicial branch”

President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Saturday to respond to U.S. District Judge James Robart’s decision Friday to halt the administration’s immigration ban.

In doing so, Trump again acknowledged that his anti-Muslim executive order is in fact a “ban” — despite Press Secretary Sean Spicer’s claims to the contrary this week.

Trump also referred to Robart as a “so-called judge” — even though he was nominated by fellow Republican President George W. Bush and confirmed by a 99-0 vote of the Senate.

“When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot , come in & out, especially for reasons of safety &.security – big trouble!” Trump wrote. “Interesting that certain Middle-Eastern countries agree with the ban. They know if certain people are allowed in it’s death & destruction!

“The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!”

Here’s how Twitter responded.
