The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has just upheld a lower court’s ruling that places a temporary hold on President Trump’s Muslim travel ban. That ban for now will remain on hold.Â
“We hold that the Government has not shown a likelihood of success on the merits of its appeal,” the ruling states.
