WATCH: Crowds Flood DC Metro System For Women’s March, Unlike Before Inauguration

Saturday Protest Will Be Largest Inauguration-Related Demonstration In History

Ridership on Washington, D.C.’s Metro system on Friday was the lowest in at least three presidential inaugurations, according to The Washington Post. In fact, it only slightly outpaced ridership for a typical Friday.

But Saturday was shaping up to be much different, with protesters flooding the transit system on their way to the anti-Trump Women’s March on Washington, which is expected to be the largest inauguration-related demonstration in U.S. history.

The march begins at 10 a.m. Eastern, just blocks from where Trump took the oath of office. You can watch a livestream here.
