Bill and Hillary Clinton, George W. and Laura Bush to Attend Inauguration of Donald Trump
Clintons Want ‘To Witness the Peaceful Transfer of Power’
In a remarkable show of statesmanship, former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former President George W. Bush, and former First Lady Laura Bush will attend the inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20.
The Clintons, former friends of Trump who both waged an all-out battle to put Hillary Clinton in the Oval Office have been gracious and honorable since Trump won the White House in November. George W. Bush, brother to Jeb Bush, whom Trump repeatedly and vigorously attacked during the Republican primary, also has reason to not attend, but will.
