‘You’re Quoting a Man Who Poisons His Political Opponents, Murders Critical Journos’
Donald Trump is under fire again for a tweet. The man about to become Commander-in Chief took to Twitter Saturday evening to join with Vladimir Putin in condemning Hillary Clinton and all Democrats – a stunning attack, especially against nearly half the nation’s voters. Many on Twitter exploded in anger and shock, noting the incoming President had just took sides and joined with a murderous dictator to condemn American citizens.
Not only did Trump attack his former political opponent, who has done nothing but lose with dignity, but he did so with a jocularity wholly inappropriate – and chilling – especially for the season. Trump’s missive came just hours after issuing a press release bragging about a letter the Russian President sent him congratulating the president-elect on his win and wishing him his “warmest Christmas and New Year greetings.”
