WATCH: Obama Campaigning for Clinton Targets Trump: ‘Strange How Over Time, What Is Crazy Gets Normalized’

Calls Trump ‘Temperamentally Unfit’ to Be President

President Barack Obama Wednesday afternoon campaigned in North Carolina for Hillary Clinton, warning voters of Donald Trump.

“It’s strange how over time, what is crazy gets normalized,” the president said in the battleground state.

Thanks to Republican voter suppression early voting by Blacks has declined 16% after the GOP cut polling stations in Black neighborhoods. Meanwhile, early voting by whites is up 15% in the Tar Heel State.

Obama also called Trump “temperamentally unfit” to be president:

And warned them of the critical nature of their votes – if Clinton wins North Carolina she likely would win the White House.

“I hate to put a little pressure on you, but the fate of the Republic rests on your shoulders,” the president said.

He lamblasted GOP Sen. Richard Burr, who this past weekend “joked” that some people might want to put a “bullseye” on Hillary Clinton.

“You don’t talk about violence against public officials, even in a joke,” Obama told voters.

And he told them how some Republicans are already threatening to impeach Clinton, before she has even been elected.
