WATCH: Obama Mocks, Attacks Donald Trump at Clinton Florida Campaign Rally
‘Anyone Upset About an SNL Skit, You Don’t Want in Charge of Nuclear Weapons’
President Barack Obama Thursday morning fired up a Florida crowd of Hillary Clinton supporters, first by heralding the World Series win by the Cubs as “literally the greatest thing since sliced bread,” then mocking and attacking Donald Trump.
“The Cubs have been waiting like 108 years,” President Obama said. “The last time the Cubs had won Thomas Edison was alive,” he noted, adding the fact that sliced bread was invented after 1908.
The President then moved on to relentlessly mock Donald Trump.
“This isn’t a joke, this isn’t Survivor, this isn’t the Bachelorette,” he said of Trump’s reality TV outlook.
“If you disrespect the constitution before you are president… then that is what you will do in office,†he said of Trump. Â
He also called out Trump’s describing sexual assault in the 2005 “Access Hollywood” tape, and highlighted his character, noting Trump’s treatment of women and minorities and faux populism.
It truly was one of Obama’s best campaign speeches ever.
