Clinton Leading Among Early Voters
For the first time since May an ABC News tracking poll released Tuesday shows Donald Trump beating Hillary Clinton, by one point, after Friday’s FBI letter was released. The poll was taken Thursday through Sunday.
Trump is now beating Clinton, 46-45.Â
While the difference is small, technically just 0.7 points, the poll also shows enthusiasm for Clinton, previously high, taking a substantial 7-point drop.Â
But perhaps most dramatically, the same ABC News poll has Hillary Clinton beating Donald Trump by 12 points just 10 days ago.
Clinton, however, is benefitting from early voting, where ABC News reports she holds a 55-39 margin over Trump.
