On Saturday, Donald Trump slammed Hillary Clinton over her recent campaign rallies featuring celebrities Beyonce, Jay-Z and Katy Perry, calling it “demeaning to the political process” and “almost like cheating”

The foul-mouthed Trump also hypocritically attacked Jay-Z over explicit song lyrics. 

But on Sunday, Trump plans to campaign with celebrity rocker Ted Nugent, who happens to be notoriously racist, misogynistic, homophobic, anti-semitic and Islamophobic. Nugent announced on Facebook that he’ll join Trump at a rally in Michigan on Sunday afternoon. The Detroit News confirms Nugent’s report. 

Among other things, Nugent has called for Clinton to be hanged and promoted a video depicting her murder. He’s also referred to the Democratic nominee as a “toxic cunt” and a “worthless bitch.” 

“Nugent has a long history of making racist and other inflammatory commentary,” Media Matters reported earlier this year. “In 2016 alone, Nugent has promoted anti-Semitic content, used a racial slur against a Latino critic, promoted misogynist reasons why guns are better than women, shared a racist meme advertising the fake moving company ‘2 niggers and a stolen truck,’ and smeared Minnesota police shooting victim Philando Castile as a criminal. In 2015, Nugent devoted an entire column to praising the use of the word ‘nigger,’ even in a racist context.”

Nugent, who appeared in a Trump campaign ad in September, is also well known for writing a song, “Jailbait,” about raping a 13-year-old, and he once adopted a 17-year-old so that he could have sex with her.
