‘It Is Important That We Not Reverse Marriage Equality’
Moments into the final presidential debate Hillary Clinton answered a question about the Supreme Court, saying she believes the nation’s highest court must protect marriage equality and stand up for the rights of the LGBT community and women’s rights.
“It is important that we not reverse marriage equality, that we not reverse Roe v. Wade,” Clinton said.
She began her answer saying the Supreme Court must be on the side of the people, not corporations.
