WATCH: As Tax Bombshell Hits, Trump Comes Unglued At Pennsylvania Rally

GOP Nominee Mocks Democrat Hillary Clinton’s Bout With Pneumonia, Says She ‘Could Be Crazy,’ Accuses Her Of Cheating On Bill

Just as The New York Times published its bombshell report suggesting he may not have paid federal income taxes for nearly two decades, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump was going completely off the rails — again — at a rally near Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Saturday night.

In one particularly revolting display, Trump mocked Hillary Clinton’s recent bout with pneumonia by stumbling away from the podium as if he was going to fall (above), saying she lacks the stamina to be president.

But it got worse: Trump also said Clinton “could be crazy” and suggested she’s cheating on her husband.

He again blamed his dismal performance in Monday’s debate on a “bum microphone,” before accusing the Commission on Presidential Debates of sabotaging it.

Never one to leave out a racist dog whistle, Trump also told Pennsylvanians to get a group of friends together on Election Day, then go to “certain areas” to monitor the polls for voter fraud. The crowd responded by yelling, “Philadelphia!”

The Washington Post has a full recap of the bizarre speech, which you can watch in its entirety here.

On Sunday morning, Trump responded to the NYT‘s report about his tax returns on Twitter — not by denying that he avoided paying federal income taxes for 18 years — but by suggesting this somehow makes him qualified to be president:

Meanwhile, Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook addressed the story in a statement.

“There it is,” Mook said. “This bombshell report reveals the colossal nature of Donald Trump’s past business failures and just how long he may have avoided paying any federal income taxes whatsoever. In one year, Donald Trump lost nearly a billion dollars. A billion. He stiffed small businesses, laid off workers, and walked away from hardworking communities. And how did it work out for him? He apparently got to avoid paying taxes for nearly two decades – while tens of millions of working families paid theirs. He calls that ‘smart.’ Now that the gig is up, why doesn’t he go ahead and release his returns to show us all how ‘smart’ he really is?”
