‘Dead People Generally Vote for Democrats’ Says Top Trump Advisor and Surrogate Rudy Giuliani

Suggests Large Numbers of Votes in ‘Inner Cities’ This November Could Be Fraudulent

Rudy Giuliani is continuing to push Donald Trump‘s conspiracy theory that the election has been “rigged” and if Hillary Clinton wins it’s because it’s been an unfair election. He also suggests large numbers of votes in the “inner cities” in November’s election might be fraudulent.

“Dead people generally vote for Democrats rather than Republicans,” Giuliani, a top Trump advisor and surrogate told CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union” Sunday morning.

The Republican former New York City mayor added that he “would have to be a moron” to say that the presidential elections in Philadelphia and Chicago will be conducted fairly.

Jake Tapper challenged Giuliani on that. “The Republican Party of Philadelphia would disagree with you,” referring to reports that no votes in 2012 were cast for Mitt Romney in some districts that were overwhelmingly Democratic and Black.

Giuliani also claimed that voter fraud will be so prevalent that it could swing the election, presumably, to Hillary Clinton.

In the 2012 presidential election, 129,085,403 votes for president were cast. Giuliani said, “we have people who cheat in elections,” and suggested it could “make a difference” if it is a “one or two point race” in some areas of the country.

“I’ve found very few situations where Republicans cheat,” Giuliani claimed, “they don’t control the inner cities the way Democrats do,” he added.

Jake Tapper pushed back, saying “I think there are a lot of election experts that would have very, very strong disagreements with you.”
