WATCH: Obama Mocks Sarah Palin in Speech to Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute
Hope and Change
President Barack Obama Thursday night, speaking to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, took a moment to mock former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
Looking back on his tenure as president, Obama shared the challenges he faced when he first entered the Oval Office, including the financial crisis. And he shared his accomplishments too.
“I said we could create opportunity not just for those at the very top, but for everybody who’s willing to work hard, so they could afford health care and college and retirement, and give their kids a better life. What Sarah Palin called that ‘hopey changey stuff,'” Obama joked.Â
