Trump Now Beating Clinton in New National Poll
‘Clinton’s Post-Convention Lead Has Disappeared’
Donald Trump is now beating Hillary Clinton in a just-released Rasmussen national poll. The right-leaning organization reports 40% of likely voters support Trump, and 38% support Clinton.
From the previous week, Trump has gained two points, and Clinton has lost three.Â
Also included in this week’s poll are Gary Johnston (7%) and Jill Stein (3%).
The latest Real Clear Politics average, which does not include the Rasmussen poll, shows Clinton ahead of Trump by 4.1 points.
The last national poll that showed Trump ahead of Clinton was a CNN poll from late July.
