President Barack Obama Will Speak at 11:30 AM EDT
President Obama will address the nation from New York City, presumably about Saturday night’s attack in Chelsea and the attack in New Jersey.
The President is in New York for a United Nations and will make his address from the Lotte New York Palace Hotel.
