BREAKING: NYC Mayor: ‘No Evidence at This Point of a Terror Connection’
‘No Credible Threat’ of Terrorism
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced late Saturday evening that the explosion in Chelsea was “a deliberate act,” but there is “no evidence at this point of a terror connection.” He stressed there was no credible threat of terrorism.
De Blasio also told reporters that the incident was not connected to an explosive incident in New Jersey.Â

A law enforcement official said, “we do have video,” apparently of a suspect or suspects.Â
The New York City Mayor also said there are 29 injured, none of the injuries appear to be in life-threatening.
