President Obama, Former President George W. Bush, Vice President Joe Biden All Slated to Speak
For the eleventh time during his tenure, President Barack Obama will deliver words of comfort to a city who has suffered a devastating mass shooting. Tuesday afternoon, sometime after 1:40 PM EDT, President Obama will speak at a memorial for the five Dallas police officers slain during a mass shooting that took place last week.
The President will speak at the Meyerson Symphony Center.
