Twitter Explodes in Shock and Anger Over Donald Trump’s Most Insane Press Conference Ever
Encouraging Russian Espionage Was Just One Part of Trump’s Crazy Comments
Donald Trump late Wednesday morning began a press conference in Florida, and was literally out of breath as he took to the microphone. Over the next 90 minutes or so the Republican nominee for president, Donald Trump, the self-described “law and order candidate,” encouraged Russian hackers to engage in espionage against his opponent, the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate.
Yes, espionage:

“It would be interesting to see, I will tell you this, Russia, if you’re listening I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,†Trump, speaking directly to Russia, told reporters a Florida news conference, as NCRM reported earlier. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.â€
“Trump called on Russia to hack Hillary Clinton’s email, essentially sanctioning a foreign power’s cyberspying” —@nytimes not mincing words
— Christina Wilkie (@christinawilkie) July 27, 2016
Trump, stunningly, doubled down on his remarks after the press conference, expanding the scope beyond Russia, with this tweet:
If Russia or any other country or person has Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 illegally deleted emails, perhaps they should share them with the FBI!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 27, 2016
Even conservatives were stunned and angered:
Trump now owns any more email leaks and the consequences of them.

But that wasn’t the only stunning remark Trump made.
He also denied having any Russian ties, and said he has never met Putin, despite having bragged last year he did meet Putin and the two get along well.
He also told an NBC News reporter, Katy Tur, to “be quiet,” claimed “France is no longer France,” said Russian President Putin salled President Barack Obama the “n” word, thought Democratic Virginia Governor Tim Kaine, now the Democratic vice presidential nominee, was the governor of New Jersey. Trump’s top vice presidential candidate and surrogate, Chris Christie, is the governor of New Jersey.
Trump also told Katy Tur to “Be quiet” btw. Any ONE of Trump’s comments over past year would disqualify any other candidate.

Former top Obama senior advisor Dan Pfeiffer offered this thought on Twitter:
If it wasn’t for Obama’s speech, the Democrats should cancel tonight’s events and run this entire Trump press conference in primetime

Here are some more responses to today’s press conference via Twitter:
Trump, in last week:
-Said he might not stop Russia invasion of Baltics
-might let Russia have Crimea
-Asked Russia to keep hacking America.— Zeddonymous (@ZeddRebel) July 27, 2016

If Trump is elected(and that’s a big if) then I predict he won’t make it through his first term. He will be indicted for corruption

No, @realDonaldTrump, it’s more like you’re working for Russia. https://t.co/KYVAuTrpb7
