Hillary Clinton Speaks to Supporters, Expected to Reveal Her Choice of Vice Presidential Running Mate
At about 4:30 PM EDT Friday afternoon, Hillary Clinton will hold a rally with supporters and it is anticipated she will tell them her choice for her vice presidential running mate. The announcement was apparently scheduled for around 3 PM but Clinton chose to hold a meeting with community leaders in Orlando after meeting privately with families and friends of the victims of the Orlando hate crime mass shooting terror attack instead. Clinton then made an unscheduled stop at the Pulse nightclub to pay her respects.
Clinton is widely expected to choose Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine but the campaign has not allowed any leaks on the choice.
