Watch: Fox & Friends Host Asks Guest if They ‘Just Pray About’ Their Vote ‘And Give It to God?’

Why Do Research When You Can Let Jesus Take the Voting Machine Booth Lever?

“Fox & Friends” co-host Ainsley Earhardt on Tuesday asked Candace Cameron Bure if she lets God pick the right candidate for her.

Bure, a co-host of “The View” and the sister of anti-gay Christian extremist Kirk Cameron admitted to Fox News co-host Steve Doocy that she is “not a political expert” but she is an American who holds conservative values.

“I think at the end of the day I realize I put my faith in Jesus Christ, not in any one person, adding that whoever become the nominee and president she will “pray for them and support that they make the best decisions for our country that they can.”

Earhardt then said, “I know your faith is important to you as it is to many of us and our viewers. Do you feel like in this election, we just pray about it and give it to God and God’s going to pick the right candidate? How do we go into this as a Christian?”

Bure said Americans should still “go to the polls” even if ultimately she’s not satisfied with her candidate. And she noted she still hasn’t decided for whom she will vote.

“But I will pray about the decision of who I’ll vote for.”
