Breaking: Donald Trump Wins New York Republican Primary

GOP Frontrunner Will Gain Large Number of Delegates From Empire State Voters

Donald Trump is the projected winner of Tuesday’s New York primary, and by a very large margin. There are 95 delegates at stake in the New York Republican primary, which will be allocated proportionally.

Currently, not including tonight’s results, Donald Trump has 755 delegates, Ted Cruz has 543. They need 1237 to win the Republican nomination.

Trump had a 30-point lead in the New York polls going into today’s primary, over John Kasich, with Ted Cruz in third place in the Empire State, after his repeated attacks on “New York values.”
