Breaking: Bill to Repeal North Carolina’s HB2 Has Been Filed

Watch as Democratic Lawmakers File Bill

Democratic North Carolina lawmakers have just filed House Bill 946, which would repeal Gov. Pat McCrory’s anti-LGBT law HB2. The bill would fully repeal HB2, which many legal experts have called unconstitutional, and would also fund the North Carolina Human Relations Commission.

Primary sponsors of the bill are Representatives Darren Jackson, Graig Meyer, Susi Hamilton, and Grier Martin.
