One Person Reportedly Has Been Shot, According to Reports

Minutes ago Capitol Hill went on lockdown, amid reports of shots fired. There are now reports that a police officer has been shot, and received minor injuries.

Congress is not officially in session.

Pete Williams says the suspect appears to be someone who has mental health issues. He adds a second person, unidentified as of now, was hurt by shrapnel.
