Trump Delights In Repeating Attack While Pretending To Chastise His Supporter
It’s sunk this low, and the first official primary isn’t even over yet.
A woman at a Donald Trump rally in Manchester, New Hampshire yelled out that Senator Ted Cruz is a “pussy,” so Trump repeated her attack while “admonishing” her for it.
While criticizing his top rival for not supporting Trump’s stance that waterboarding is not illegal – it is, and a war crime, and a violation of the Geneva Conventions – the misogynistic slur was hurled.
“She just said a terrible thing,†Trump told his audience. “You know what she said? Shout it out because I don’t want to — OK, you’re not allowed to say, and I never expect to hear that from you again. She said — I never expect to hear that from you again! — she said he’s a ‘pussy.’ That’s terrible. Terrible,†Trump claimed, feigning disdain.
BuzzFeed News’ RosieGray reports a “few people near BuzzFeed News at the event started chanting, ‘Pussy! Pussy!’ after Trump said this.”
