‘An Eye For An Eye’: Trump Shows How He Would Govern – Goes Old Testament On Fox Over GOP Debate

Trump Boycotts Fox GOP Debate But Appears On O’Reilly – Refuses To Back Down

24 hours before the GOP debate he has promised to boycott Donald Trump appeared on Fox News and told host Bill O’Reilly he wants “an eye for an eye.” The GOP frontrunner was speaking about the first Republican debate when Fox host and moderator Megyn Kelly accused him of being a misogynist.

“I have zero respect for Megyn Kelly,” Trump had said earlier in the interview. “I don’t think she’s good at what she does and I think she’s highly overrated. And frankly, she’s a moderator; I thought her question last time was ridiculous.”

After claiming he goes to church “a lot,” Trump sat through Bill O’Reilly’s suggestion he should practice his Christian faith and forgive Kelly.

“Don’t you think that’s the right thing to do?,” O’Reilly asked.

“It probably is,” Trump conceded, “but it’s called ‘an eye-for-an-eye,’ I guess, also, you can look at it that way.”

O’Reilly reminded Trump, “that’s Old Testament,” and he should “turn the other cheek,” but the embattled billionaire pushed back.

“You are taking this much more seriously than I am,” Trump insisted.

Christian conservatives who have flocked to Trump have yet one more reason to rethink their devotion.
