Oregon Live reports Ammon Bundy, his brother Ryan, and the other members of the occupation “were charged with conspiracy to impede federal officers, a felony.”

On January 2 Ammon Bundy and his brothers, along with a dozen or two milita men took siege of a federal installation, the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, in Burns, Oregon, and have held it since.

Many are calling them domestic terrorists.

There are still others occupying the refuge.
