Sanders Wallops Trump By Huge Margin

If Sanders and Trump are the nominees, Sanders would win by a huge margin.

A new poll pits Bernie Sanders against Donald Trump, and finds the majority of voters reject Trump and choose Sanders.

If the election were held today, Bernie Sanders would beat Donald Trump by 13 points, 51-38.

Sanders would take 90 percent of the Democratic vote, 57 percent of the women’s vote, 60 percent of those with college degrees, and 74 percent of those 18-34 years old.

The poll shows Hillary Clinton also beating Trump, but by a far smaller margin, 47-40.

But the poll, conducted by Quinnipiac University, also shows Hillary Clinton beating Bernie Sanders by a huge margin, 61-30.

Despite Sanders’ focus on economic issues, Clinton beats Sanders on the economy and jobs, 58-33.

And it shows voters are far from locked in to a candidate. 57 percent have their minds made up, but 41 percent say they might change.

The poll also looked at a Clinton-Rubio race, with Clinton winning but just 44-43. Clinton would tie with Ted Cruz, 44-44.

Bernie Sanders would lose to Marco Rubio, 42-45, and he would lose to Ted Cruz, 43-44.

As NCRM reported earlier, the same poll also found fully half of Americans say they would be “embarrassed” by having Donald Trump as president.
