Hillary Clinton Beats Every Top GOP Presidential Candidate, Especially Donald Trump, In Latest Poll

In a new poll just released this morning, Hillary Clinton would win the White House, and in some match-ups, by double digits.

If the election were today, Hillary Clinton would be the next president, based on a brand new MSNBC/Telemundo/Marist poll. The Democratic frontrunner was paired up against five of the GOP’s top candidates, and roundly beat them all.

In a head-to-head contest against Donald Trump, Clinton won by the largest margin, 52-41, an 11 point increase over the GOP frontrunner.

In match-ups against other Republican presidential candidates, the margin was far less.

Clinton beats Ted Cruz by 7 points, 51-44.

She beats Jeb Bush by 4 points, 49-45, and Rubio by 3 points, 48-45.

Against Ben Carson, Clinton is up by only 1 point, 48-47.

The poll also looked at the Latino vote, and shows Clinton beating Trump there by 42 points, Cruz by 27 points, Bush by 26 points, and Carson by 19 points.

This partial poll release did not include Democrats Bernie Sanders or Martin O’Malley, nor did it include any other Republicans.

The poll interviewed 2,360 registered voters and 264 Latino voters, and was conducted Nov. 15-Dec. 2, ending on the day of the San Bernardino attack.
