Watch: Ellen Weighs In On Starbucks ‘Satan Sipper’ Cups

Ellen DeGeneres couldn’t help but get in on #MerryChristmasStarbucks, which she’s calling #CupGate2015.

Ellen opened her show Tuesday by mocking the controversy over Starbucks’ plain red Holiday coffee cups. 

“What I’m about to show you is highly offensive,” the comedian quipped. “Brace yourselves.”

“The old cups had snowflakes and Santa’s elves – you know, all the things you find in the Bible. Now they’re just red. Look at this cup. You might as well call it a ‘Satan-Sipper.'”

“Now, if you want Christmas with your breakfast, you’re going to have to do it the old-fashioned way. You have to get really really high, and then you have to go to IHOP, and then you just stare at your pancakes and then you go, ‘See baby Jesus in there.'”
