Houston Mayor Annise Parker has always been a truth teller, even when the truth is tough.
Less than 48 hours after her fellow citizens voted to support discrimination against LGBT people and over a dozen other segments of society, one anti-LGBT Twitter user decided to take his win – and his ignorance – and unleash it on the face of the HERO movement, Mayor Parker.
That proved to be unwise.
