Trump: I Saw People Jumping From The Twin Towers On 9/11 From My Apartment – 4 Miles Away (Video)
Did Donald Trump really watch from his apartment window people jumping on 9/11 from the WTC, four miles away, through massive smoke and dust? Many are doubting his claim.
“I watched people jumping off the building” on 9/11, Trump told an Ohio audience Monday night.
“Many people jumped and I witnessed it, I watched that. I have a view – a view in my apartment that was specifically aimed at the World Trade Center.”Â
“And I watched those people jumped and I watched the second plane hit … I saw the second plane come in and I said, ‘Wow that’s unbelievable,'” Trump insisted.
Many are questioning the veracity of Trump’s statement, given the fact that his Trump Tower penthouse apartment is more than four miles from where the Twin Towers stood, and given the fact that they were on fire and smoke and dust filled the air.

Trump just claimed he saw people jumping out of the Twin Towers on 9/11 from his apartment — which is in midtown Manhattan. WTC is downtown

We all saw them jumping from the towers on 9-11 on TV, Trump. We’re not lowlife enough to lie about seeing it in-person. Like you, asshole.

@brianc150 @CNN people jumping is 100% accurate. Trump saying he watched it happen is 100% a lie. Read the article. He lives 4 miles away.
