Palin Blames ‘Grinches On The Left’ For Making Conservatives’ Starbucks Outrage ‘Look Ridiculous’

Seriously, Sarah Palin just blamed liberals for making Christian conservative’s outrage “look ridiculous.”

Sarah Palin Tuesday evening took to Facebook to blame liberals for highlighting the outrage conservative Christians have displayed for nearly a week over Starbucks’ new solid red Holiday coffee cups. Over the past few days, fueled by an inane post at Breitbart and then by a video created by a far-right former Christian preacher that claims Starbucks “hates Jesus” and banned their employees from saying “Merry Christmas,” conservative Christians have gone ballistic, attacking Starbucks for waging a “war on Christmas.”

Former pastor Joshua Feuerstein‘s Facebook video has now been viewed over 15 million times.

“You know I’m passionate about protecting the heart of Christmas! And these next couple of months really can be ‘The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!,'” Palin told her fans, just below a huge photo of her book, Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas.

Palin then went on to attack liberals.

“Funny, though, how some grinches on the Left take things too far in attempts to make all us jolly revelers look ridiculous, lumping us in the same box concerning misplaced outrage over a coffee cup’s non-controversy.”

Non-controversy?

It’s hard to understand how liberals are making religious conservatives look ridiculous when they are doing it by themselves, by supporting the #MerryChristmasStarbucks “movement” of forcing baristas to write “Merry Christmas” on Starbucks plain red coffee cups.

In her post, Palin then links to her daughter Bristol’s blog post that blames the media for “running with” Joshua Feuerstein’s video, the same video that has been viewed over 15 million times.

It’s not possible to count how many people have gone into Starbucks and made them write “Merry Christmas” on the red cups that supposedly represent a hatred of Jesus, and it isn’t possible to count how many people have passive-aggressively tweeted #MerryChristmasStarbucks with photos of their red Starbucks cups that say, “Merry Christmas,” but it’s a lot. A lot. Not to mention all the ones on Facebook and Instagram. Like this one:

Did the media “run with” Feuerstein’s video? Hell yes.

Blaming liberals for a ridiculous blog post and for a radical Christian conservative extremist’s video, and all the Christian conservatives who agree with him?

Really, Sarah? As usual, the “party of responsibility” takes none.

Why not denounce those from your side whom you admit “look ridiculous,” rather than blaming the left for rightly doing what you should have done in the first place?
