‘Jeb Can Fix It!’: Jeb Bush Retools Campaign With New Slogan – Twitter Breaks Out In Hysterics
Jeb! Bush, polling in single digits and slashing staff, tries to rescue his flailing campaign.
For months Jeb Bush wasn’t a candidate but was raising boatloads of cash for his presidential candidate exploration committee, many say in direct violation of FEC rules. Forced to declare his candidacy before he wanted to, for a while Bush’s poll numbers were strong. But by mid summer, when Donald Trump entered the 2016 presidential race, Bush began to lose ground.Â
After unimpressive performances at all three debates, including last week’s which was viewed as make-or-break for Bush, his financial supporters and family have pushed him to retool.
Today, Bush unveiled his new campaign slogan at a rally in his home state of Florida: “Jeb Can Fix It.”
“After 7 years of incompetence, corruption and gridlock in Washington, we need a president who can fix it. I can fix it.” – Jeb

Touting his practice of letting his constituents in Florida email him at his personal email address, former Governor Bush shared a story of how he “fixed” one resident’s problem of having a raccoon in their house. Bush also railed against “big government.”Â
The new slogan spurred a “Jeb Can Fix It 2016” Twitter parody account:
Can Jeb fix it?

Meanwhile, as soon as it was announced, Bush’s new slogan was widely panned on Twitter. Take a look:
On cnn now w @JohnBerman @KateBolduan @KSoltisAnderson . @JebBush new slogan. “Jeb can fix it” He’s talking about his own campaign, right?

Based on his new “Jeb Can Fix It” slogan, I assume Jeb Bush is dropping out of the race to do a new HGTV show.
