The celebrity couple who won each other’s hearts, and hearts around the world, announce their engagement in a very elegant and traditional way.
Tom Daley won an Olympic medal. Dustin Lance Black won an Academy Award. Two years ago, they won each other’s hearts, and this morning the couple announced they are engaged to marry, in The Times of London:
“The engagement is announced between Tom, son of Robert and Debra Daley of Plymouth, and Lance, son of Jeff Bisch of Philadelphia and Anne Bisch of Lake Providence.”
Buzzfeed reports the couple’s announcement was in the “births, marriages, and deaths section of today’s Times, the same way Benedict Cumberbatch chose to announce his engagement.”
The couple “will wait until after the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games before deciding where they want to get married,” The Herald reports.
