What Time Does The CNN GOP Presidential Debate Start Tonight? Can I Watch Without Cable?

Love them or hate them, yet another Republican presidential debate is tonight. Here are all the details you need to know to watch, including live-streaming even without cable.

Tonight, Wednesday, September 16, CNN will host the second 2016 Republican presidential debate, live from the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California.

There will be two debates.

The first, with four of the lower-polling candidates, starts at 6:00 PM EDT.

The second, with the top 11 candidates, starts at 8:00 PM EDT.

Tonight’s debates will be moderated by Jake Tapper, Dana Bash and conservative pundit Hugh Hewitt.

Round one will include Rick Santorum, Bobby Jindal, George Pataki, Lindsey Graham.

Round two will include Donald Trump, Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Chris Christie, John Kasich, Carly Fiorina.
