Kim Davis Finally About To Get Her Fox News 15 Minutes Of Fame Interview
Kim Davis will be interviewed by Fox News host Megyn Kelly this week, finally completing her 15 minutes of fame circle.
Especially after the Duggar family interviews, you knew Megyn Kelly at some point would land an interview with conservatives most-recently-favorite Christian. Set your DVRs friends because Kim Davis is coming to your TV Wednesday evening.
Mediaite reports the Rowan County clerk who continues to refuse to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, in defiance of several federal courts, will sit down with the conservative cable news channel’s top host, noting Kelly is “expected to press Davis on whether she actually violated that judge’s order.”
That order was for Davis to not interfere, directly or indirectly, with the issuance of marriage licenses.Â
As one of Davis’ deputies notified the federal judge who earlier found Davis in contempt of court, the quadruple-married clerk altered the marriage license forms, and there is concern the licenses issue are not valid.
Of course, we know what Davis will say about that, but what will she say to convince Fox News viewers that she shouldn’t have to do her job, when even so many Republicans think she should?
UPDATE:
The Hollywood Reporter adds that ABC News will interview Davis on Good Morning America tomorrow (Tuesday).Â
