Report: Josh Duggar To Be Sued By Sex Abuse Victim
Josh Duggar’s problems may not yet be over, according to a new report by InTouch.
InTouch Weekly, which first reported on the Josh Duggar child sex scandal, is back with a new report today. The elder Duggar son will be sued by a non-family victim whois preparing to file a lawsuit, InTouch reports.
“Josh and his parents Jim Bob and Michelle could be forced to give depositions and testify about Josh’s molestation scandal,” InTouch notes. “The Duggars likely will have to answer every question as they will not be able to invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because the criminal statute of limitations has expired.”

“The Duggars will face questions about how many years it took them to get Josh and his victims counseling, what type of safeguards they put in place in 2002 after first being alerted to Josh molesting female minors,” InTouch adds.Â
Despite his apology, and the Fox News interviews, TLC has remained mum about the future of “19 Kids and Counting.”
