Palin Unleashes Unhinged Rant: It’s The GOP That’s Fighting For ‘Civil Rights For All Americans’
Sarah Palin is furious, again, always, and just posted to Facebook (of course, as all highly respected world leaders do) an unhinged, crazed rant against ‘democrats.’
Sarah Palin is back in the news. The former Republican vice presidential nominee, former and half-term governor of Alaska, and former mayor of Wasilla took to Facebook Saturday upon learning that former Baltimore mayor and former and two term governor of Maryland Martin O’Malley is running for president.
Palin unleashed a 375 word crazed and unhinged rant, refusing to actually name O’Malley, aside from labeling him “another anti-freedom politician.” She also repeatedly sunk so low as to rail against the “democrat” party – refusing to even capitalize the letter D – while referring to her own party as “Republicans” – upper case R.
In her typical, incredibly immature manner, she attached these images to her Facebook post:
Â
“Yet another anti-freedom politician jumps in the race today for POTUS. As cool as he is with his rock ‘n roll persona, this typical liberal’s erroneous grasp of our Bill of Rights merely continues the strange and disastrous agenda of Barack Obama. Good to know he doesn’t have much chance of winning,” Palin opined.
Ignoring the Republican clown car (actually, clown bus, given how many will be running) of 2016 presidential candidates, all almost Xerox copies of the other, Palin asked, “don’t you wonder if there are ANY good old fashioned Blue Dog democrats who can represent the left’s party in the 2016 race?”
Well, no, actually, Sarah, the left has little use for those conservative Blue Dog Democrats, as the entire nation overall, has moved more to the left, as several Gallup polls this week revealed.
“By now, most of those ol’ Reagan democrats have come to realize that it was the party of Lincoln and Reagan all these years fighting for and winning the abolishment of slavery, civil rights for all Americans, equal rights for women, free markets, individual liberty, constitutional protections, private sector job growth, and a sensible foreign policy rooted in peace through strength,” Palin claimed.
Perhaps someone should introduce the Alaska reality TV star to her own party. This year alone there are to date 697 bills at the state and national level related to the issue of abortion – and it’s all but guaranteed that the vast majority were filed by Republicans to curtail a woman’s right to choose. So much for “equal rights for women.”
Of course, the claim that it’s the Republican Party fighting for “civil rights for all Americans” must mean the LGBT people and women are not Americans, because the overwhelming focus from the Republican Party overall in recent years has been to fight against or reverse any civil rights advancements for LGBT people and women, from abortion and contraception to marriage, from equal pay to job protections. The very essence of the GOP is anti-women and anti-gay. It’s now in their DNA as much as being born female or LGBT is.
To prove just how “un-American” the “democrat party” is, Palin had to go all the way back to 2013 to dig up a story from a less-than-well-respected “news” outlet titled, “DOJ internal memo confirms Obama plan for gun confiscation.”
Please, Sarah, let us know when President Obama knocks on your door to take away your guns.
Palin, in her embarrassingly incoherent rant, concludes, “for as long as the far left retains power via their numbers, the extent that they are willing to go to trample our Bill of Rights only grows.”
Perhaps Palin has a different Bill of Rights than you and I?
Gryphen at The Immortal Minority says, “my takeaway from this, beyond my abject surprise at how agitated O’Malley’s announcement made Palin, is that she is losing her shit over the realization that the Republicans simply do NOT have anybody who can really take Hillary on.”Â
As for Palin’s attack on Martin O’Malley?
He seems just fine with it:
Good to hear from you after all these years, @SarahPalinUSA. There’s still room in GOP primary for another entrant! https://t.co/AhjD8DNbOn
