Ben Carson: Gay Marriage Is A Neo-Marxist Plot To Impose The ‘New World Order’ (Video)

Watch Dr. Ben Carson tell a National Organization For Marriage audience that same-sex marriage is part of a Marxist plot to impose the “New World Order.”

Writing at the famed magazine The New Yorker, Jelani Cobb in March called Dr. Ben Carson paranoid. In fact, not just paranoid, but “radically paranoid.” Cobb, whom many may have seen during his frequent guest spots on MSNBC’s Melissa Harris Perry’s show, is an Associate Professor of History and Director of the Institute for African American Studies at the University of Connecticut, so his insights are not those of a fly-by-night media commentator.

“The most relevant comparison for Carson isn’t to [Herman] Cain but to Michele Bachmann,” Cobb writes. “His rhetoric betrays a sweaty-palmed fixation on government power, and a fear that President Obama has made himself into an American Caesar.”

At the Values Voter Summit in 2013, he compared the Affordable Care Act to slavery, and argued that both are mechanisms of government control. This is part of a world view in which homosexuality is a matter of volition and possibly a product of a willful, covert effort to subvert traditional values. This is why Carson is able to reconcile support of civil rights for African-Americans with their denial to gays and lesbians, as he stated on CNN last week. African-Americans are not, after all, black on purpose.

You get the picture.

And if a picture is worth a thousand words, how many is a video worth?

Here’s Carson speaking last year at the National Organization for Marriage’s March for Marriage gala in June. Right Wing Watch’s Miranda Blue at the time wrote, “Carson explained how Marxists are using LGBT rights to destroy American unity and impose the ‘New World Order.'”

Yup.

Radically paranoid sounds about right.

Carson last night and again this morning announced he is officially running for the Republican nomination for president.
