Obama’s WHCD Speech Is Possibly One Of The Funniest Things You’ll See All Year (Videos)

President Obama is a comedic genius, and Saturday night was one of his best performances.

If you haven’t seen President Obama’s speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner yet, or if you need another fix, invest twenty-two minutes in his political comedy genius.

This was the opening intro of his speech:

There were several LGBT-related jokes in the President’s speech.

Taking notice of the outrage in the Hoosier State over Gov. Mike Pence’s “religious freedom” law, the President quipped he loves his Vice President, Joe Biden, so much, “in some places in Indiana they won’t serve us pizza anymore.”

And referring to last week’s constant flurry of Republicans weighing in on whether or not they’d attend a same-sex couple’s wedding, Obama said, “Rick Santorum announced that he would not attend a gay or lesbian wedding of one of his friends or loved ones, to which gay people responded, ‘That’s not going to be a problem.'”

And if you’ve never heard the President use foul language, this comes close – and is far funnier:

Joe Biden’s predecessor and Obama’s regular nemesis was the target of one of his best lines of the evening, when Obama shared that “Dick Cheney said I’m the worst president of his lifetime, which is interesting, because I think he’s the worst president of my lifetime.”

Michele Bachmann, even though she’s retired, made Obama’s list:

Taking a swing at the birthers and the Tea Party, the President reminded the audience that “Being president isn’t easy, I still have to fix a broken immigration system, issue veto threats, and [negotiate with Iran], all while praying five times a day.”

Here are a few clips, via Twitter:

Obama also invited his “anger translator”:

Here’s the entire speech – well-worth your time!
