Journalists At 5th Circuit Predict Court Will Strike Down Same-Sex Marriage Bans

First look: Some of the best journalists reporting on same-sex marriage say they think marriage will win.

Louisiana arguments have completed, Mississippi and Texas remain.

Via Twitter, it looks like a possible 2-1 victory in the three same-sex marriage cases before 5th Circuit Court of Appeals judges this morning:
