Watch: Gay People ‘Will Die Out Because They Don’t Reproduce’ Says Pat Robertson

Pat Robertson told a straight woman whose church does not allow its members to date that gay people will die out.

A presumably heterosexual woman wrote in to Pat Robertson’s “700 Club” complaining that her church forbids its members to date anyone. She said her church treats dating or even showing interest in another person as “a sin.” Today the octogenarian televangelist responded, and for some strange reason, Robertson defaulted to his regular attacks gay people.

“You know, those who are homosexual will die out because they don’t reproduce,” Robertson said. “You know, you have to have heterosexual sex to reproduce. Same thing with that church, it’s doomed, it’s going to die out because it’s the most nonsensical thing I’ve heard in a long time.”
